Retaining the Power of Memory for Active Seniors

Presented by Graham Best (Educator and Writer)

You’ve heard it said that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.  This is not true.  You can have a sharp mind and learn anything at almost any age.  Learn to remember the names of people and the content of articles that you have read by applying proven memory systems. Practice skills to train memory.  Learn to be attentive to the daily aspects of life and besharper than you have ever been.  Come and see how easily your memory can be trained.

Saturday, October 5

10:00am - Noon

Cedar Park Church Heritage Room

5300 44th Ave, Ladner
