Learn Windows Basics
Presenter: Louise Latremouille (Author/Publisher of the “My Parents” Computer Book Series)

Microsoft’s newest Operating System (OS) is Windows 11. This class will help you with either Windows 10 or Windows 11. Day 1 topics include learning about the desktop layout, the Start Menu and using Windows Mail and Outlook online. Note: You need a Microsoft email account to use Outlook online (Not Gmail). Day 2 topics focus on Microsoft’s Edge internet browser and safe search practices as well as a bit on Microsoft Office online. (Again, you need a Microsoft email account to use Office online.) You can bring your own laptop or tablet to this class, or use a Windows 11 ElderCollege class laptop.

2 sessions: $20 Class size: max 6
Tuesday & Wednesday: March 8, 9 1-3pm *note consecutive days
ElderCollege Learning Centre, Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall
Participants will be required to wear masks and show written proof of vaccination.
