Microsoft Word: Beyond the Basics

Presenter: Louise Latremouille (Author/Publisher of the “My Parents” Computer Book series)

To take this new course you should have a basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft Word 365. You will learn the tools to bring you to the next level (tools that are not available on the free version of Word). You will learn how to see and use hidden characters, create page breaks, control how paragraphs spill over to next pages, format images within documents, use tables to format documents, use headers, footers, page numbering, and so much more. Let Word do the hard work for you! Note: ElderCollege has four laptops with Word 365 installed; once they are claimed for use, other students must bring their own device with Word 365 installed.
