What do pirates and astronauts have in common? Both spend much of their lives exploring faraway places onboard vessels that do not have ready access to fresh fruits and vegetables. So how did they stay healthy? Join us for this walking tour of Van Dusen Garden to learn about the innovative ways that seafarers and spacefarers have developed throughout history in order to survive their lengthy voyages! Note: this is a walking tour and there will be some uneven ground to navigate.
