Dementia Education, 2-Part Series

This two-part dementia education series begins with foundational knowledge about dementia, including its definition, types, stages, progression, the importance of getting a diagnosis, and addressing common myths. The second part focuses on brain health in the context of dementia, covering natural age-related changes, dementia risk reduction, brain training, and concludes with practical strategies to build supportive, inclusive communities for those affected by dementia.
