Join us for an inspiring presentation by Linda Thornton, Co-Founder and Director of Breeding and Canine Care at the BC & Alberta Guide Dogs. Discover the remarkable journey of this Delta-based organization—from its founding in 1996 to its current role as a leader in training Guide Dogs, Autism Service Dogs, and PTSD Service Dogs across Western Canada.

Linda will share stories from the front lines of puppy raising and canine care, highlight the organization’s exciting expansion plans, including their new Centre of Excellence, and explain how these purpose-bred dogs transform lives by offering independence, safety, and companionship.  A trained Guide Dog will be present in the classroom, giving attendees a chance to see firsthand the incredible bond between dog and handler.
